Introducing bingo

What is Bingo?

Bingo aims to help users to pre-order meals and book seats from their favourite restaurants. We believe that time is precious and desire to refrain people from wasting their time waiting to have a meal.

Software features

Allows users to pre-order meals (dine-in or takeaway)
Allows users to book seats
Allows users to check how long will it take for seats to be empty
Allows users to view how long will it take for the meal to be served
Notifies users the time to leave their current location

Progress

Starting on the UI - January Week 1

The bingo app is a c# based (WPF) desktop application with the use of Material design library

The Creation and implementation of classes and methods
Creating a logo
Creating pages and linking them with one another
Working more on the user interface

The BingoApp team is trying to keep up with other assignments at the moment :/

Finalizing - January Week 4

This week we get the database to work, just a day before the deadline. This will help store customer data. More stuff on the UI part is also added, such as showing the main thing our project does.

Unfortunately, we can't retrieve data from the database and there is not much validation in the application. The distance from the 'user location' is all set to 27 minutes away since this is still a prototype (no real use GPS integration and AI for traffic prediction).
